For the Andrea Bocelli Foundation, Luca Gnizio- EcoSocial Designer, presented in Piazza Vittoria Veneto a Lajatico his “ForSound Lamp”, a structure which was suspended in the middle of the city square, which translated movement and sound into light. The suspended lamp designed by Luca Gnizio, was created from nylon recovered from used car tyres and from iron recovered from building waste. Its’ form allowed free movement in all directions despite the absence of wind. The choice of material allowed for the creation of a voluminous and colour-shifting display. Hung in the central square, it represented a musical translation, floating in the air , fusing mechanical movements into musical illuminations.
